Material Handling

- M12 cordsets and custom harnesses built for continuous flex and wash-down, drop-in to your existing spec, stocked in Grand Rapids for release the week you need them.

Industry 02
Industrial Automation
Robotics cells, PLCs, and machine builders shipping equipment worldwide.
- The challenge
- Every machine needs dozens of coded cordsets and a wiring harness to print, and catalog MOQs punish low-volume builds.
- What we build
- A/B/D-coded M8–M40 cordsets and build-to-print harnesses with IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship, high or low volume, without MOQ penalties.
- The outcome
- A single controlled print and one price per machine, from prototype through production.
Industry 03
Transportation
On- and off-highway vehicles, rail, and specialty transit equipment.
- The challenge
- Harnesses have to survive vibration, temperature, and moisture, and programs run for years under strict change control.
- What we build
- Sealed, overmolded harnesses and junction boxes built to a locked print, with first-article and PPAP documentation on request.
- The outcome
- Durable connectivity with the traceability long-run vehicle programs demand.
Industry 04
Machine Vision
Inspection, guidance, and metrology systems that live or die on signal integrity.
- The challenge
- Data, power, and I/O cables need shielding and impedance control, and off-the-shelf lengths never match the cell.
- What we build
- Industrial Ethernet and data assemblies with double-braid shielding, plus custom lengths and mixed connector ends no catalog carries.
- The outcome
- Clean signal on the floor and cables cut exactly to the machine.
Industry 05
Energy
Solar, storage, EV charging, and power distribution equipment.
- The challenge
- Power connectivity has to meet ingress and safety requirements while landed cost stays competitive at volume.
- What we build
- UL/CE power cords and cable sets, sealed to IP67/68/69K, molded in our factories to your specification and 100% electrically tested.
- The outcome
- Certified, sealed power connectivity at direct-from-Asia economics.
